Qualifications:

  • Physical capability: Must be able to lift and handle weights exceeding 50 lbs.

  • Efficiency and strength: Comfortable with a fast-paced, repetitive heavy lifting environment.

  • Experience welcome: Previous container unloading experience is a plus but not obligatory; we offer training.

  • Immediate availability: Must be prepared for an immediate start and ongoing employment.

  • Safety gear: CSA steel toe footwear, Vest, and Gloves are required.

WHAT IS THE DURATION OF GSL'S ESTABLISHMENT AS A COMPANY?

GSL was founded in 2019 and has consistently achieved year-over-year growth since its establishment.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY SCHEDULE?

Our dispatch team constructs the schedule on a daily basis in response to customer requests. You will receive a text message notifying you to access our scheduling portal for your assigned shifts for the following day.

ARE THERE DESIGNATED BREAK PERIODS?

In cases where you are working independently or with a partner, you have the flexibility to determine your break times. Additionally, the warehouses to which you are assigned will have a designated lunchroom for all GSL employees.

DETAILS REGARDING THE SIZE OF THE CONTAINERS?

The container sizes within GSL's operations range from 20 feet to 53 feet.
