Terms and Conditions

1) Clear description of products or services.

1. Unloading Service - Lumpers will arrive on site to unload containers by hand. 

2. Loading Service - Lumpers will arrive on site to load containers by hand. ​​

3. Co-Packing - Lumpers will arrive on site to co pack products by hand. 

4. Re-Packing - Lumpers will arrive on site to re pack products by hand.

5. Cross-Docking- Lumpers will arrive on site to unload by forklift/hand and then load product in another container.

6. ​Load Breakdown & Rework - Lumpers will arrive on site to breakdown and sort the products by sku onto another pallets.

7.  Cancellations: 2 Hours cancellation before start time will result in full charges applied, to cover for the labor, and transportation for our team, (example: Start Time: 10:00 AM Cancelled at 7:59 AM No Charges Apply, Start Time: 10:00 AM Cancelled at 8:00 AM, Full Charges Apply), no shows once team is on site will result in full charges.

8. Last Minute Service Request: Available at an additional $50 CAD on top of our regular rate. 

9. Liability: We are covered by each  Provincial wcb and Liability Insurance. 

10. Delivery Time: Our team will try to do the job as fast as possible without compromising quality, in case it will take longer than usual, our team member will advise. 

11. Rates: Rates will be agreed upon with the client, the rate will increase year over year according to inflation, between 5% and 7% yearly. 

12. Wait Times: If the container is not on site, or job is not started at the time requested, our team will charge a wait time fee of $25/hr per lumper, on top of the original quote. 

13. Payment Terms: Net 30, we invoice weekly on fridays. 

14. Payment Methods: Cheque, E-transfers, Direct Deposit. 

15. Refunds: No Refunds available, unless an overpayment is made on accident. 

16. Discounts: No discounts available. 

17. Damages: Our team will not be held liable for any damaged boxes or products that were already damaged before arrival of container on site, our team will take pictures of any damages we find and forward them to you. 

18. Our quotes, what do they include?  2 Lumpers, Pallets Fully Wrapped and Products sorted by Sku's. 

19. Flat Rate: We charge a flat rate, no additional costs apply unless waiting charges or cancellations apply.
